2. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When a page is requested, the web server processes access data required for technical delivery. This may include the requested file, date and time, transferred data volume, status, referrer, browser and operating-system information and the IP address.

Processing serves the secure, stable and error-free delivery of the site. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is secure technical operation. In its web-hosting documentation, STRATO states that access data is available for up to six preceding weeks and that the client hostname or IP address is anonymised in the logs supplied to customers. We do not run an additional permanent visitor-analysis service and do not archive those log files ourselves.

3. Local website resources

Fonts, stylesheets, scripts and images are served from our own webspace. An ordinary page view does not contact an external font, analytics or content-delivery service. The website itself sets no cookies, uses no local browser storage and creates no usage profiles.

4. Email contact

If you email us, we process the contact details and content you provide in order to handle your enquiry. Depending on its subject, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual steps or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in handling professional and business enquiries.

We retain correspondence only as long as required to handle the enquiry and, where applicable, establish or carry out a business relationship. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected. Please do not send special categories of personal data or confidential credentials without prior coordination.

5. Google Slides in the Cyberdeck archive

The Cyberdeck archive contains two external links to published Google Slides presentations. Merely viewing our archive page does not establish a connection to Google. An embedded presentation loads only after you press the “Load Google presentation” button.

By doing so, you consent to the connection for that specific load operation under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. At minimum, your IP address, browser information, the time and the destination of the request are transmitted to Google. Google may process further data under its own terms and store information on your device. Processing outside the European Economic Area cannot be ruled out. For users in the European Economic Area, the relevant service provider is generally Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Our website does not retain the consent permanently; it applies only to the load you trigger. Reloading the page returns the presentation to its blocked state. Alternatively, you can open the clearly identified external link, which takes you away from holistech.ai.

6. Recipients and transfers

STRATO may process hosting data to the extent required. Email content is processed by the email providers involved in transmission and delivery. Google receives data only after you actively open an external link or consent to loading a presentation. Further disclosure occurs only where permitted or required by law.

7. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent with future effect. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation.

To exercise your rights, email info@holistech.ai. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority for our company is generally the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony.

8. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the website, services used or legal requirements change. The version published here is authoritative. The German version is the primary legal notice; this English version is provided for convenience.
